Apple WatchとAirPodsを買いに行ったが、新しいiPhoneが出てたのでちらっと見ていたら、今使っている機種は何か、次のはここがいい、docomoや auなどのキャリアだったとしても当店で契約できるので安心してととても親切だったのに、今日はApple Watchを・・と言ったら、そっちにありますんでご自由にみてくださいって、違いの説明もなく、在庫確認できますとかもなくどこかへいってしまった。もう買うモデルも決まっていたので、近くにいた店員さんにモデルを伝えて持ってきてもらった。
『それにします』と言ったらわかりましたと裏に行ったきり戻って来ず、レジ前でずーっと待たされた。その間もレジの人と目が合うものの特に声かけもなく、結局、こちらからまだですかね？と声をかけました。
契約がないものはマージンが入らないのかな？対応したくないのかなーと、思いました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apple WatchもiPadもここで買っています。MacBook Airもここで買うつもりで2回訪問その度見積りを取り、Apple care +に入らずモバイル保険を検討してると言ったら保証内容をよく確認して再訪してと言われ、親切だなーと思い確認してからいざ購入に行きました。が、カラーがゴールドしか在庫無い。ゴールドは嫌だから注文してここで買いたいと言ったらAppleオンラインストアに在庫があるんだからオンラインで買ってくださいと言われた。注文も受付出来ない、買いたいならゴールドをってそればかり。納期は待つと言っても注文も受けないってなぜでしょう？顧客よりも自店の都合ばかり。三井のポイントを使いたい事情があり、同ららぽ内のノジマで予約注文しました。二度と行かない。
