★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は鞄のクリーニングで利用をしました。 きれいになって戻ってくることを期待していたのですが、期待したほどの仕上がりではなく、汚れはそれなりに落ちてはいましたが、ところどころムラもあったりして少し残念な状態でした。 この程度の仕上げなら自分でやっても近いところまではいけます。 職人の技術を期待して出しましたがそれほどではないようです。 そう思うのはもちろん値段とのバランスもありますが、例えば今回のクリーニングが3,000円程度なら満足していたと思いますが、12,000円の支払いには見合わない仕上がりだと個人的には思いました。 接客状況や完了の連絡などは親切で好感は持てましたが、求めるのはそこではないので厳しめの☆二つとしました。
