s	sakappa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 思いのほか立派な城跡でした。お寺（飯田古城）にクルマをとめて歩くこともできますが、堀切みたいな道を突破するとクルマを停めるスペースがあります。木も伐採されていて、かなり整備されています。こんなところに、こんなに立派なお城かあるなんて！と感じるお城跡です。 It was an unexpectedly magnificent castle ruin. D	Daisuke Kikuchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 備後より当地に移住した山内氏が築城。当初は近隣の天方本城に居たが新たに飯田城を築き移った。天方城には当主の弟が残り後に天方氏を称した。戦国期には今川氏に属し、徳川氏による遠江侵攻の際には天方氏と共に抗戦するが敗れ、滅亡した。城跡までに案内板等は無く、住宅街の狭い道を通り林道？を抜ける必要があるが、林道部分の幅員がかなり狭く小型車でないと通り抜けは難しい。 Mr. Yamauchi who moved to the area from Bingo built the castle. There is no guide sign etc. to the castle ruins, and a forest road through a narrow street in a residential area? It is necessary to get through, but the width of the forest road part is quite narrow and it is difficult to get through unless it is a small car.
t	toshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遺構は、それなりに残ってましたが、場所が分かりにくいです。郵便局側から入っていったら分からず、ウロウロしていたら小さな看板を発見して、何とかたどり着きました。飯田小学校から入った方が、看板もあって分かりやすいです。 The remains were left as they were, but the location is difficult to understand. 半	半月虎陵 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飯田小学校南の信号から飯田城案内板があり、それが要所要所にあるので、ほぼ迷うことはありません。城跡の直ぐ下まで車で行くことが出来、駐車場も完備されています。遺構も良く遺されています。ただ、所々整備が行き届いていない部分があり、夏場は大変かも知れません。 There is an Iida Castle information board from the traffic light at the south of Iida Elementary School, and it is at a key point, so you will not get lost.
