田	田中将大 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつての自分の中のぶっちぎりのナンバーワンの店も落ちぶれ方が半端ない。一時は作り手が変わり、味の落ちたチャーハンも今は店長が作っても味付け自体はいいのだろうがなんだかイマイチ。ラーメンのチャーシューも昔とはまるで別物、麺も変えたかな。ほうれん草は、チンゲンサイ？に変わった。餃子の羽根もない。食べるラー油もやめたか。羽根のことを言っているのではない。そのように今までこだわってやってきたことが、ことごとく並以下のレベルに成り下がりやっつけ感が全体から感じずにいられなかった。幾度となく復活を信じて忘れた頃に行ったが、もう再訪はないな。 The number one shop in the past is not the way to fall. P	Pierre Lorraine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星3.5。日曜日12時半過ぎに訪れる。裏路地的なところにお店がありました。ネギチャーシュー1000円硬め。先客4名。店長らしい人一人なので料理中はオーダー聞かれず、タイミングで聞いてきました。チャーハン重さはかって作ってました。美味しそう。ほどなくラーメンがでる。あれ？ライスは付かないんだと。あまりチャーシュー感がありませんが、まな板の上には普通のありきたりチャーシューだったので別に良いや。麺は少し太めも硬さはありませんでした。スープは少し濃いめでキクラゲが入っています。ごちそうさまでした。今度市川に来たら別なお店に訪れるかな。ニンニク？が緑色でした。驚 3.5 stars. 舩	舩橋正則 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家系ラーメンの経験は少ないなか、クリーミーなスープが自己最高クラスに美味しくいただけました。駅南口側の名前のよく似たチェーン店より格段に美味しいとおもいます。 Creamy soup was delicious in my own best class while there was little experience with family ramen. We think that it is much more delicious than a similar chain store with the name of the station south exit side.

市	市川太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 白井の寺田家に近いかな?自分は杉田家、王道家の濃い家系が好きだけど、クリーミーな家系としていい感じです。日曜日も半ライス付くし、お得感があります。店でニンニクをおろしているのか、ニンニクの鉄分が酸化して緑色になってます。古い訳ではなく栄養や味は問題無いし、安心して使えます。手を掛けているのが伝わりますが、市販のすりおろしニンニク使ったほうが色的には安心感がある気がします。 Is it close to the Terada family in Shiroi?
