★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分の好みのタイプの味噌ラーメンが食べれて満足でした。
白味噌ベースで上手く乳化して角のない柔らかさを感じる味噌ラーメンです。札幌ラーメンとありますが本場の旭川ラーメンもこんな感じです。
ボリュームと味変グッズ各種等、なかなかコスパ優秀だと思います。
 I was happy to eat my favorite type of miso ramen.
Miso ramen that is well emulsified with white miso base and feels soft without horns. There is Sapporo ramen, but the authentic Asahikawa ramen looks like this.
I think that the volume and various taste-changing goods are quite excellent in cost performance.

店員さんは、ほぼ全て外国の方ですが、
接客に関しては、そこまで問題ありませんでした。
ただ、外国の方でノリが良いのか、
以前、閉店時間帯あたりにこちらの店舗前を通りかかった時に、
ミラーボールを回しながら、クラブミュージックをかけて踊っていました。
まぁこのご時世、どこにも行けないからか、
なんか楽しそうでしたよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌ラーメンを中心とした北海道のラーメンが食べられる店。味玉味噌ラーメンを頼んでみたが、大盛無料で腹いっぱいになれるし、味噌らしくこってりしており中々美味い。テーブルの上にはおろし/揚げの二種類のニンニクに海老入りのゴマ、玉ねぎなど調味料が沢山あって味を少しずつ変えながら食べられるのも良い。
A shop where you can eat Hokkaido ramen, mainly miso ramen. I ordered miso ramen, but it's delicious because it's full of free and it's thick like miso. There are many seasonings such as grated / fried garlic, sesame with shrimp, and onions on the table, and you can eat it while changing the taste little by little.

そのままでも良いですが、好みに合わせてトッピングを試すと良いです。
大盛は無料でした。

昔は「カワカミ」という店だったんだけど、閉店し、
居抜きでオープンしたのが「熊源」という店。
どうも北海道ラーメンのチェーン店らしい。
味噌、醤油、塩、どれも十分美味い。
激辛味噌は、ちょっとしょっぱいかな？
毎朝通る時に店の前にあるメニューが目に入っていたんだけど、
ちょっと気になる写真が目に入った。
「熊一郎」というメニューで、外見は二郎インスパイア系だ。
思い切ってお昼に入って注文してみた。
出てきたのはこんな感じ。
いただきます。
スープはこってりしていて、熊源お馴染みの太麺に大量の野菜、そこにたっぷりかかった背脂とおろしニンニク。
かなりボリュームがあるなぁ。
途中でマー油を足して味変すると、後半も美味しくいただける。
完食。。
美味しかったぁ。

味噌は自分好みでいい感じ。中太ちぢれ麺も
モチモチで食感が良いね。鶏の唐揚げは熱々ジュシーで味噌ラーメンをナイスアシスト。
