券売機食券をかうと、面の量とニンニクの有無を聞かれカウンター席で待つことに。早速スープを飲んだけど、想像したほど辛いわけではない。まあ想像したのが中本だったのだが。 野菜が沢山入っているので私的にはとってもいい感じだし、そもそも麺が美味しいね。

水道橋駅の高架下にお店がある頃から10年近く通っています。最近はお見かけしませんが、昔いらっしゃった水道橋店の店長さんがとても親切な方で活気もあり周囲でも表裏ファンは多かったです。ここのラーメンが大好きですが、だんだんとクオリティが下がっていると感じます。 まず、野菜の量がかなり減っています。野菜増しにしても基本的には店の写真のような量は出てきません。それに味や辛さ、野菜・にんにくの量も、日により店員によりまちまちです。私はほぼ極辛あんかけラーメンしか注文しませんが、日により味の良い悪いがありすぎて一種の博打だと思って通っています。 他の方が接客態度についてお話されていますが、私も同様に感じます。しかし、そんなことよりも最近の衛生環境についてが非常に気になります。3回に1回はGに遭遇するためです、しかも食事をするテーブルに。他の方の口コミで虫について見かけなかったので、私がたまたま遭遇率が高いだけなのでしょうか。 飲食店なので、多少は仕方ないと思っていますがあまりにも高頻度なのでせめて客席には出ないように対策をしていただきたいです。今日の来店時もGに遭遇し、すぐに食べて逃げるように店を出ました。これでは落ち着いて食事もできません。 あとこれは故障してるだけの可能性がありますが、お店にクーラーが入っておらず小型の扇風機のようなものだけが回っている状態で客席が非常に暑いです。店のドアを開けっ放しで換気しているため電気代節約なのでしょうか?汗をかきすぎて紙エプロンが首から外れるのは初めての経験でした。 昔から通う大好きな味で、なくなったら困るお店の1つなので改善すべきところは改善していただき長く続けて頂きたいです。 味は、好みはあると思いますが辛い中にも甘みや旨味があります。(日によりますが) 麺もツルツルでコシもありとても美味しい、唐揚げもジューシーで肉を食べているというガッツリ感もあり非常に良いです。にんにくを入れると少し味が変わり、更にgoodです。 昔が良かっただけに、今は残念だと感じてしまいますが、、☆2です。 衛生環境が整い、涼しい時期になればそれなりにおすすめできるお店です。大好きな表裏が今よりもっと良くなればまた評価を変えさせて頂きます。 あと早く移転先を知りたいです。

Others are talking about customer service, and I feel the same. However, I am more concerned about the recent sanitary environment than that. This is because I encounter G once every three times, and at the table where I eat. I didn't see any insects in other people's reviews, so maybe I just happened to have a high encounter rate. It's a restaurant, so I think it can't be helped a little, but it's so frequent that I would like you to take measures so that you don't go to the audience seats at least. When I came to the store today, I encountered G and left the store to eat immediately and run away. With this, I can't calm down and eat. Also, this may just be out of order, but the audience seats are very hot with no cooler in the store and only something like a small fan running. 2021.10.19 あんかけDX 980円 昔、高田馬場店によく行っていたので、念願の本店でした。 大きく分けて4種類のラーメンがあり、ボリューム満点です。 見本写真にあるような山盛り野菜のラーメンにするには、野菜マシマシで注文する必要があります。 他、麺の中盛り、ニンニク増しが可能です。 2021年内に移転予定のようですが、10月後半でもまだ移転してない様子です。

So interesting to see a chicken thigh in ramen. The eggplant was a nice touch. Soup and noodles were pretty good. Go for the dx. No English menu, but they have a picture menu.
