★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1476年に江戸城の鎮守として鎌倉の鶴岡八幡宮を勧請して創建、江戸8大八幡の一つだそうです。
特にペットの初詣や七五三ご祈祷などはテレビでも有名です。携帯ストラップ式彫り札守りというのがあり、飼い主やペットの名前を掘ってくれるみたいです。商売上手です。
自身の厄払いをしましたが、平日午前だと他に一緒になる方もおらずゆっくりしてくれます(午後だと神職さんが出ていることがあるので午前がよいそうです)。
また横には金刀比羅宮などいくつかお社がありますが、おすすめは出世稲荷神社。愛宕神社ほどではありませんが、入口からは結構急な出世の階段？もあり、いい運動になります。帰りはもちろん横に坂道があるので出世の階段を降りる必要はありません。
 It was built in 1476 by soliciting Tsurugaoka Hachimangu in Kamakura as a guardian of Edo Castle, and is said to be one of the eight major Hachiman in Edo.
In particular, pets' first visits and prayers for Shichigosan are famous on TV. There is a mobile strap type carved tag guard, and it seems that it will dig up the names of owners and pets. I am a business person.
I did my best to get rid of it, but on weekday mornings, there are no other people to be with me and it takes me a long time (in the afternoon, there may be a priest, so it seems better in the morning).
There are several shrines next to it, such as Kotohiragu Shrine, but we recommend the Inari Shrine. It's not as much as Atago Shrine, but it's a fairly steep stairway from the entrance? There is also a good exercise. Of course, there is a slope next to you on your way home, so you don't have to go down the stairway of success.

市谷亀ヶ岡八幡宮（いちがやかめがおかはちまんぐう）は、東京都新宿区市谷八幡町にある神社です。太田道灌が文明11年（1479年）、江戸城築城の際に西方の守護神として鎌倉の鶴岡八幡宮の分霊を祀ったのが始まりとされています、ご祭神は誉田別命（応神天皇）、気長足姫尊（神功皇后）、与登比売神で、境内にある摂社、茶ノ木稲荷神社は、稲荷大神が祀られています。ＪＲ市ヶ谷駅から５分程で外堀を渡り正面にスーパーマルエツを左に折れて進むと右手に石段があるので直ぐに見つかります。
特徴はペットのお守り、御祈祷が行われているところでHPに案内があります。今日も境内にはワンちゃんを連れた方々が数名おられました、おのおの写真に収めたり楽しそうにしていたのが印象的でした。
また、境内には茶ノ木稲荷神社の他にも出世稲荷大神、金刀比羅宮がありましたので併せて参拝し、最後にお正月限定の御朱印（コロナ対策として書置きのみとのことでした）を頂きました。

Ichigaya Kamegaoka Hachimangu is a shrine located in Ichigaya Hachiman-cho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. It is said that Ota Dokan worshiped the spirit of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu in Kamakura as the guardian deity of the west when the Edo Castle was built in 1479. Inari Ojin is enshrined at Chanoki Inari Shrine, a shrine in the precincts of Himeson (Empress Jingu) and Yoto Himegami. About 5 minutes from JR Ichigaya Station, cross the Sotobori and turn left at Super Maruetsu in front of you. There is a stone staircase on your right, so you can find it immediately.
The feature is that there is a guide on the HP where pet amulets and prayers are being held. There were several people with dogs in the precincts today, and it was impressive that they were taking pictures and having fun.
In addition to Chanoki Inari Shrine, there were also the Inari Okami and Kotohiragu Shrine in the precincts, so we visited them together, and at the end we received a New Year's limited red stamp (it was said that it was only written as a measure against corona). I did.

The stairs are famous and not so easy to climb it. The shrine at the top is quite small but I really like the garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to do some prayers and buy a few omamori (amulets). Almost half of their omamori on sale are for pets! There are also some for love and health, etc. My Japanese colleague recommended this place for love omamori because he got one there for himself and within a year he got married. :)
