★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛知県外出身者のため、ひつまぶしを食す機会が無く今回初めて頂きました。小櫃に入った鰻丼、肝吸い、お新香、出汁、茶碗にシャモジ、どーするのか?店員さんに聞きましたが、早口で何を言ってるのか?わからへんかったので、スマホで「ひつまぶし食べ方」を検索したしまら、丁寧な解説で、その通りに頂きました。やっぱ出汁で茶漬け風に頂いたのがベストでした。

櫃まぶしの茶漬けはお茶は無料ですが出汁茶漬けにするなら追加で200円です。
鰻丼がコスパ高いですね。

ひつまぶしはうなぎの皮が香ばしくボリュームも充分でした。
出汁が200円別料金なのは、せこいと思いました。
