E	Emily Johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in on a wet rainy day looking for a snack, about 4 other people in the restaurant at the time, very quiet. Waitress was very abrupt and rude, she refused to serve us gyozas as that was only ordering for only one person so we left. If the place was busy then fine, but it was dead. Best advice go next door to mcdonalds for much better service!
E	E T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a frequent customer of this chain at another location, but this one was extremely disappointing. The menu was exactly the same, but it hardly looks so. The price is higher compared to other locations (because it's in Asakusa). The company needs to seriously consider offering such a food that looks totally different from photos.

I got a karaage and fried rice set with a little surprise ginger soup, and a Pepsi cup for only 650¥. It was a lovely (a little light) dinner and the karaage was really delicious with a Chinese twist.

There is not much people inside so we were checking the menu on what to order when the waiting staff told us a bit rudely that they dont accept take-outs. But my daughter was hungry so we got s table. Ordered the ramen with pork bone broth and it was good. The egg tastes funny though. Good thing that we liked the ramen, otherwise it would have turned out a not so nice experience for us. Some customers are also smoking inside.

M	Miss Lilly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One staff was pretty rude and the service was terribly unprofessional. We weren’t given glasses to serve us some water. The food was okay but not as good as the Ichibankan in Yoyogi. The place itself looks modern, but that doesn’t help to get a better star rating.
