Tasty meat buns, piping hot, with almost no wait. The portion of pork inside was kinda small, but was still very filling and less than $3 (260 yen I think). Worth a stop if your exploring Asakusa.

Despite my doctor’s orders I tried a lot of “street food” places in Asakusa and I can confidently say this is way overhyped, probably because YouTubers have made it somewhat famous. What you get is a decent-to-big size nikkuman, boiling hot, with the tiniest meatball inside. The taste is not bad, but not only you are there standing like a moron waiting for it to cool down a bit, you also bite and bite and bite and never get to the meat you paid for. If they had made the bun in proportion to the filling, I wouldn’t be so harsh with the reviews. Make yourself a favor and save your well earned calorie budget somewhere else.

I came here because a reviewer at YouTube recommended it highly. The meat bun was very fresh and also extremely hot. I had to wait for maybe five minutes to eat it. Definitely best for winter instead in the heat of summer! I rated it three stars because I was not satisfied with the meat and prefer the Chinese meat bun better. ¥260 for one meat bun.

Had pretty high expectation seeing the review from youtube but was kinda disappointed. The meat bun is freaking hot so take your time. Is really juicy but the meat inside is so small, it probably fill 30% of the bun. Considering the price is not exactly cheap, I would say skip this.

Had too high expectation to this siumai, it was ok but not juicy and too thick I would say

My favorite place for steam buns in Tokyo ?The buns are always crazily hot and fresh. Filling is similar to xiao long bao which is a small ball of meat with a small scoop of soup inside. Definitely recommend for winter for rainy days. 260 yen for a steam bun which is ridiculously cheap for a tourist street. Buns are usually sold from 350 to 450 in other places

Great place to grab a steamed bun. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. You can choose form a red bean or pork bun, and both are great! The pork bun was soft and moist, excellent.
