L	Lowell Larm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, room clean and tidy. Good for budget travellers. Buffet Breadfast have varoius choices. Worth to stay next time.

M	Marella Clarke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caucasians stay away! You are not welcome at this hotel. We were penalised for booking on internet site. Staff unhelpful and unfriendly. No English spoken. We suffered 3 Days of clostrophobia in grotty box. The very tiny room was also the escape exit for entire floor. That should be illegal. We booked weeks in advance and when asked if we could pay more for larger room were denied. The hotel was not full and floor plan showed many larger rooms. Carpets in desperate need for replacement or at least a steam clean. They are filthy. No safe. No draws. No closet. Just a small double bed that was most uncomfortable bed in Japan. No room service. Towels need throwing out. I would not dry my dog with them. Frayed and scratchy. Whole hotel stinks of cigarettes. Even our supposedly non smoking floor. One tap in bathroom for both sink and shower. Can not use sink if someone in shower. There is a warning sign in bathroom stating toilet will spray water all over you as pressure is too high so you must turn shower on prior to using toilet. Breakfast is Japanese only. My husband was ok with it but only bread was 1 inch thick and very little fruit. 1/8 pineapple for 40 people. No polite helpful Japanese hospitality here. If you are coming to Aomori you would be wise to book elsewhere.
T	Tyrone D'hondt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean. Nice view. Very nice and helpful personnel. Old building though. Rooms looked stuck in the 80's/90's. 5min walk from the station. Will be staying here next time in Aomori.
A	Anthony Cross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice affordable hotel in a good location close to loads of shops, restaurants, tourist attractions and Aomori Station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and tidy if a little small. The bed was very comfortable. Had a good stay here.
S	Spice Rull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.There's clean service everyday (at first I didn't know so i didn't hang DO NOT DISTURB sign and our room was so mess up .very embarrassing ? ) 2. Has towel, sleeping clothes and can be change everyday 3.not far from aomori station yet not that close 4.view at restaurants room is good 5. Breakfast has coffee machine , granola,shell,yogurt,salad,bread,curry,rice,american breakfast. 6.All staffs look friendly 7. Wifi is good
A	Anthony Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes I agree the decor is a bit dated. Heck, you still use a good old fashioned metal key to lock the door! Room wasn’t that big, and not much to offer in facilities either. But what it lacks, it makes up for it with excellent location. It is a short 4-5 mins walk to the prominent information centre, and a stones throw from two of the best sushi restaurants in town! Not to mention, the hotel is priced at a wallet friendly rate too!
