K	KazenoYuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お料理は★★★ 普通の居酒屋に比べたらどれも美味しい。最初に受けた女性の接客は悪くはありませんでしたが、他の口コミにあるように、男性スタッフはどの方も無愛想でした。スタッフ教育ができていないように思ったので、そこに関しては★→ゼロか0.5といったところでしょうか。座席の下にガラスの破片が落ちていたようで、同行者がケガをしました。おしぼりに赤いシミがつくほどのケガだったのでこちらから声をかけ、絆創膏を持ってきてもらいましたが、心配や謝罪の言葉は無し。お会計が店長でしたが、話はそこまで行っていないようで、軽く内容を伝え、ガラスの掃除はもう少し気をつけたほうがいい旨を伝えましたが、そこでも店長らしい謝罪や対応も無しでした。基本の接客や報連相から学び直したほうがいいかもしれません。 The food is ★★★ Everything is delicious compared to ordinary izakaya.
