N	N K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ数ヶ月、スタッフ・人員が足りてないのでしょうか？平日の昼間なのにも関わらず受付は混雑。ワンオペで全て賄ってるのか、すぐには入れず早くて1時間後と断られてしまいました。その前に来た時は「JOYSOUND機種の部屋に空きがない」とのことで事前の断りもなくDAM機種の部屋に案内され、平日の昼間、しかもDAMの方が人気あるのに変だな？と思いましたがワンオペのせいで回転させる部屋数を絞っていると考えると合点がいきます。 Is there a shortage of staff in the last few months? The reception is crowded even though it is daytime on weekdays. I wondered if I could cover everything with one operation, but I couldn't put it in immediately and was refused as early as one hour later. When I came before that, I was guided to the DAM model room without prior notice saying "There is no space in the JOYSOUND model room", and it is strange that DAM is more popular during the daytime on weekdays. ?? It has a good amount of English music available, but the folks who work here don't speak any English at all. Bring a friend who has a membership, or try your best to gesture and use any bits of Japanese / simple English to get a membership card / a room if it's your first time here.
