1	1 myo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が丁寧で、良い休暇が過ごせました。手入れのしっかりした中庭の散策や、客室からの千曲川の風景が、心を穏やかにしてくれます。料理も地元の食材を使われており、美味しくいただきました。お風呂は朝夕入れ替えで、それぞれに露天風呂があり、温泉旅館として申し分無いです。他に貸切風呂も有ったようですが、今回は利用しませんでした。 The customer service was polite and I had a good vacation. m	mi ta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スターツがオペレーションする宿です。姉妹館の川治温泉、柏屋さんで知り今回泊まってきました。まずサービスは駅から宿までの送迎時にはじまります。ドライバーの方が車窓からみえる周辺のガイドを丁寧にしてくださいます。そしてフロントの方も同じく丁寧に部屋まで案内していただきました。そのあと館内で何度かすれ違いましたが、その都度挨拶してくださるので照れくさかったです(笑) こちらの清風園さん、食事のサービスの方、売店の方、関わった人誰もがそのプロ意識を感じさせます。これから行かれる方、是非体験してきてください。スタッフへの感想ばかりになってしまいましたが食事もお風呂もサイコーでした。 An inn operated by Starts. R	RAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 玄関先で車のお出迎え、すぐ荷物預かってくれてからのフロントスタッフの挨拶とウェルカムドリンクの後部屋への案内。大変丁寧でスムーズでした。館内が少し複雑で迷子になりましたがw 高齢者同伴なので和洋室をお願いしたのですが、千曲川が見える綺麗なお部屋でした。貸切風呂（3種類もある）もあり他の人に迷惑をかけずに高齢者の介助をして入浴ができました。大浴場も良く、泉質はお肌がツルツルになります。なんと言ってもお食事がすごい。朝夕ともに、少しずつですが種類が多く、もう要りません、ってくらい出てきます。家族単位で個室でも食事できます。食事担当のお姉さんの物腰の柔らかい声と話し方、とても良い印象でした。スタッフの女性みんなが和服で（洋服の方が動きやすいでしょうに）カッコいいなと思いました。男性も作務衣とかの和服にしたらいいのになぁ。最近はビジネスホテルしか利用しなかったので、旅館はスタッフの、調理・配膳・部屋・温泉管理などなど、仕事の質と量を考えれば、この価格も見合っているんだなぁと思いました。清風園、オススメです。長旅の疲れから来る頭痛にもお薬いただき、大変助かりました。おかげ快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。 The car will be picked up at the front door, the front desk staff will greet you immediately after you leave your luggage, and you will be guided to the room after a welcome drink. There is also a private bath (there are 3 types), so I was able to take a bath with the help of the elderly without causing any inconvenience to other people. The large communal bath is also good, and the quality of the spring makes your skin smooth. After all, the food is amazing. In the morning and evening, there are a lot of types, but I don't need them anymore. You can also eat in a private room as a family unit. The soft voice and way of speaking of the sister in charge of meals made a very good impression. All the female staff members were wearing kimono (clothes would be easier to move) and I thought it was cool. I wish men could wear Japanese clothes such as Samue. Recently, I only used business hotels, so I thought that this price was worth it considering the quality and quantity of work such as cooking, serving, room, hot spring management, etc. of the staff at the inn. Seifuen is recommended. It was a great help to me for the headache that comes from the tiredness of a long trip. Thanks to you, I was able to spend a comfortable time. Thank you very much.
け	けむこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食事がおいしかった。季節の野菜の料理のバリエーションが素晴らしく、肉を使った料理もボリュームでごまかしたりはせずにヘルシーながらも旨味を感じます。品数が多くて、朝夕共にとても満足しました。季節を変えてまたうかがいたいです。静かな街の雰囲気や千曲川の景色も好きです。 The food was delicious. The variety of seasonal vegetable dishes is wonderful, and the meat-based dishes are healthy but delicious without being cheated by the volume. There were many items and I was very satisfied both morning and evening. I would like to see you again in different seasons. I also like the atmosphere of the quiet city and the view of the Chikuma River.

B	Barnabas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (I stayed in the newer building and in a tatami style room, so I can't comment about the other building nor the western style rooms.) First off, I keep wavering as to whether or not this is a 3.5 star or 4 star place. The minuses: Not thick enough futons, the rooms are a bit old. The pluses: The meals are amazing! The food is so good! Best of all, you get your own personal dining room with great service! This is very important if you have children as they have place to play while you eat. Likewise, my son's food was very tasty and all homemade (although it was expensive). The hot springs are very nice too! The dry sauna is fantastic and is around 88-90°C, which is just right for me. Other comments: The garden looks really nice and has a foot spa, but it was cold so I didn't try either. As this is a traditional Japanese hotel, it makes sense that the breakfast is mostly Japanese. For me, I wish they had just a bit more western options as I didn't really feel satisfied - like something was missing - even though it was very tasty.
