r	riri gin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しばらく会えなかった子どもたちや孫たちとの温泉旅行、楽しみにしていた。ところが指定された部屋に入った途端にタバコの匂い。禁煙室を2部屋予約してあったはずなのにとすぐにフロントに電話。部屋の前で長い間待たされてやっと来てくれた女将にこちら側の予約の仕方に問題があるようないい方をされ、あれこれ問答の結果山側の景色の悪い二間続きの部屋を一部屋用意して頂いた。ところがその部屋換気扇の音がうるさいし(今時こんな音のする換気扇があるのかというレベル)添えつけの風呂に未満児を入れたところシャワーの圧が弱くお湯がすぐに水に変わったりで危うく風邪をひかせそうになった。館自体も古くて部屋からお風呂やフロントへの移動も大変だしここが三つ星ホテルだなんて全く考えられない。お風呂も古かったし朝入った露天風呂の脱衣所は寒いし(ヒーターがONになってなかった)後で気がつき自分たちで入れたがそれはないでしょ！従業員のもてなしは満足だったがそれを無にするホテル側の対応の悪さと高飛車な態度は呆れるばかり。楽しみだったはずの家族旅行が台無しになってしまった。もう二度と行くことはないというか絶対に行かない！ I was looking forward to a hot spring trip with my children and grandchildren who I couldn't meet for a while. The hospitality of the employees was satisfactory, but the poor response and high-handed attitude of the hotel to eliminate it are just disappointing. 柴	柴犬コロン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 露天風呂付の部屋に家内と宿泊。部屋のドアを開けると硫黄の香りが漂う。広い部屋にベット２つと60インチ位のテレビ置いており凄い存在感を示す。庭に作られた露天風呂へ行くと源泉が注がれており、既に湯が張られている。冷えた体にはちょっと熱いと感じたが浸かってみればちょうどよい湯加減だ。夕飯は本館２階へ移動して部屋毎のパーテーション内にていただく。すき焼きは良い肉で満足。土鍋のご飯も美味しかった。せっかくの部屋の露天風呂だか夜は大浴場へ行ってみる。 22時過ぎに訪れると誰もおらず、脱衣場も真っ暗。人感センサーで明かりが灯る。広い浴場に独り浸かっていてもこの時間だと何だか落ちつかない。部屋の露天風呂は、文字通り源泉が24時間掛け流しらしく夜中もひと晩中注がれている音が漏れてくる。窓が二重なのでさほど音は聞こえないが、神経質な人は気になるかも。オイラ達は川のせせらぎの如く安眠できた。朝食は洋食をチョイス。バイキングに慣れている身にとってはちと量が多かった。スタッフは皆、笑顔で対応してくださり満足のいく対応でした。家内共々再訪したい宿です。 Stayed with my wife in a room with an open-air bath. I went to the open-air bath in my room or the large communal bath at night. When I visited after 22:00, there was nobody and the dressing room was pitch black. The light is lit by the motion sensor. Even if I'm soaked in a large bathhouse alone, I feel uncomfortable at this time. The open-air bath in the room literally seems to have a hot spring flowing 24 hours a day, and the sound of being poured all night leaks. Since the windows are double, you can't hear much sound, but nervous people may be worried. The oilers were able to sleep like the murmuring of the river. For breakfast, choose Western food. It was a lot for those who are accustomed to Viking. All the staff responded with a smile and were satisfied. It is an inn that I want to revisit with my wife.

If you desire to feel Japanese hospitality by Nagano local staff and seek for the best quality hot spa/spacious bath tub in open air with great view, this hotel be the best choice in Nagano pref.

Be aware that the sulfur smell is quite strong, if you're sensitive to it. Different options available for dinner and breakfast, with great quality food and generous portions. They accommodate food allergies upon request; I have a shellfish allergy and my partner envied my adjusted menu. For covid, masks are required and alcohol is available throughout the facilities for personal disinfecting. Meals were served in closed off, private rooms, so no worries about proximity to other guests while dining. Surrounding area has a lot of bars and clubs, but there was no issue with noise at night. Would definitely recommend.
