All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. The general ***ager personally oversaw our needs and made sure to welcome us.

We cried out joyfully and enjoyed the meal so much. The value for your money is unbelievable. Would surely stay here during my next visit.

The room itself was hotel standard clean. We did get our money's worth as far as rate goes. I do suggest you to check-in early to enjoy the environment and tranquility in Sumihei.

Will definitely visit Sumihei again with friends or families during the winter season to taste their famous crab meal. Every dish tastes yummy. A great place to come back home to rest.

The facility is very maintained, hot springs are well setup, breakfast also fantastic. Only problem for overseas visitors who do not know Japanese is, it may not be possible to get exactly what you want. The booking system can improve.

The staff were always looking for ways to help and the meals consisted of amazing local produce cooked to perfection! The onsen rooms were beautiful, clean and with great themes. Pandemic measures were very appropriate and you felt a sense of privacy at all times. Highly recommend!!!!
