12時少し前に行ったら待ち時間3分で案内されました。自分達が案内されたあとに列ができ始めました。
頼んだのはチャーシュー麺。チャーハン好きにはたまらないでしょう。私もチャーシュー好きなので。
スープも麺も具も美味しくて大満足でした。
何よりチャーシューが大きくてチャーシュー中毒になりそうでした。
妻も美味しいラーメン屋だった。と言われ良い1日を過ごせました
When I searched for a ramen shop that was highly evaluated during my first trip to Yamagata, this was a hit.
When I went a little before 12 o'clock, I was guided with a waiting time of 3 minutes. Lines began to form after they were guided.
I ordered char siu noodles. It will be irresistible for fried rice lovers. I also like char siu.
The soup, noodles and ingredients were delicious and I was very satisfied.
Above all, the char siu was big and I was about to become addicted to char siu.
My wife was also a delicious ramen shop. I was told that I had a good day

醤油とんこつなのかと思いましたが、鶏白湯みたいにトロっとしてて。
シンプルにおいしいスープでした。
味玉も卵の黄身が赤く柔らかで美味しかったです。
特製山之介とかつけ麺とか、いろいろ試してみたいお店ですね。
そういやあ、北山形の方にもあったなあ。。今度行ってみようかな(´┐｀)

I thought it was soy sauce tonkotsu, but it was like chicken plain hot water.
It was simply a delicious soup.
The egg yolk was red, soft and delicious.
It's a shop where you want to try various things such as special Yamanosuke and Tsukemen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形出張の折に訪問。 日曜日の開店直後（11時30分）に訪れたところすぐに入れました。
特製（特製山之助？）を注文。辛味噌風味で美味しくいただきました。
清潔な店内とオープンキッチン、黙々と仕事をする店主とスタッフの方々。落ち着いた雰囲気も良かったです。
近隣にコインパーキング複数ありますので駐車場には困らないと思います。
Visited on a business trip to Yamagata. When I visited immediately after the store opened on Sunday (11:30), I entered it immediately.
I ordered a special product (special Yamanosuke?). It was delicious with a spicy miso flavor.
Clean interior and open kitchen, shopkeepers and staff who work silently. The calm atmosphere was also good.
There are multiple coin parking lots in the neighborhood, so I don't think there will be any problems with the parking lot.
