愛	愛媛県産段ボール on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 春日部でも長く続いている、家系豚骨ラーメンの店。大元の店は市内の別の場所に有ったが、色々な事情があって現在の店舗での営業に至る、と聞く。この大元の店と同時期に開業し長く続いていた別の家系豚骨ラーメン店が最近閉店してしまった事も有り、市内で美味しい家系豚骨ラーメンが食べられるところは少なくなった。今後も末永く続いて欲しい。味は昔と変わらず、濃厚だが後味すっきりの美味しい家系豚骨ラーメン。半分程度食べてから、備え付けの辛味噌とおろしニンニクを少量足して味の変化を楽しむのも昔から変わらぬサービスで嬉しい。メニューは他にもつけ麺等が有り、多様なニーズに応えられるのでオススメ。カウンター席が少々狭いが、人の入りの多さを考えると仕方無いか。オーダーは最初に食券を購入するパターン。おしぼりと水はセルフサービス。女性の方も割と気軽に入っているので、一人で行くのも良い。但し人気店なので昼時は混雑する。店の駐車場は停められる台数が少ない&道への出入りが少々面倒なので、ピーク時の車での来店は注意（少し歩けばコインパーキングも有る）。 A family-based pork bone ramen shop that has been around for a long time in Kasukabe.
