G	Gracy Ahh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De casualidad entramos y encontramos el mejor sake que hemos probado y sólo está en Takayama. Es un negocio local, a pocos metros del casco antiguo de Takayama, pero camino a los templos. Tienen desde sabores suaves y frutales, a frescos y otros más amargos. La degustación de los mismos por un valor entre 150 a 300 yenes. Lastimosamente uno de los que nos gustó no pudimos llevarlo a casa porque ocupaba refrigeración (la botella azul) Y en la última foto les dejo mi favorito! By chance we went in and found the best sake we've ever had and it's only found in Takayama. It is a local business, a few meters from the old town of Takayama, but on the way to the temples. They have from soft and fruity flavors, to fresh and other more bitter. Tasting them for a value between 150 to 300 yen. Unfortunately, one of us who liked it, we couldn't take it home because it was refrigerated (the blue bottle) And in the last photo I leave you my favorite!

L	Lucy How on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hirase was the 3rd sake brewery we visited. We paid to try 2 different sake. The Tezukuri Junmai was 100 yen for 30 ml. The Hidahomare Junmai was 200 yen for 30 ml. We ended up purchasing the Hidahomare Junmai for 1560 yen per 720 ml bottle.
