とても親身になっていただき、また、家族がいつ伺っても快く迎えて下さったのもうれしいことでした。
家族の希望でぎりぎりまで入院ではなく居室で見守って下さったことにも感謝しています。
10年以上いらっしゃる職員の方も何人もいらして、私たち家族もOBのような顔をして伺えるのがうれしい場所です。
自分もお世話になりたいけど、行政区が違うので残念です。

It was a wonderful thing to have you become very kind and to have your family welcome you anytime.
I am also grateful that I have watched in the living room and not in the hospital until the last moment of my family's request.
It is a nice place where we have staff who have been there for more than 10 years and we, our family, have a face like OB.
I want to take care of myself, but it is a pity because the administrative district is different.
