★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数カ月前に退去。ここの物件はあまり良くないと思う。入居時にクリーニング代を払ったにもかかわらず、部屋中タバコの匂いが染み付いたままだった。
それからも定期的に何かしら問題があった。そのたびに対応してもらわなければならなかったため、住みづらかった。
管理会社をここから違うところに変えている物件も増えてるみたいだから要注意。この地域は事件や不審者も多いので、選ぶ時は慎重に。
We left a few months ago. I think the property here is not very good. Despite paying cleaning fees when moving in, the smell of tobacco remained in the room.
