落とし物を、受け取りにうかがいました。入口には「こちらは落とし物窓口です」と書いてあります。同じ敷地内の免許センターと間違えるな、と言う意味に感じました。入る前から憂鬱です。扉を開けて入っても誰も声をかけてくれません。奥の若い女性が立ち上がったので、対応してくれるのかと思いきや、ファイルを取りに来ただけのようで、私と目が合ってもまた席に戻りパソコンを打ち始めました。窓口担当では、ないと言うことでしょうか。手前の年配の女性が仕事が一段落したのか、ようやく立ち上がり「はい…」と対応してくれました。窓口は、仕切りもなく５つの机だけのあるこじんまりしたスペースです。人が入ってきたのも気づかない訳がありません。待たせるにしても、一声かけるくらいの気遣いがほしいです。京都駅前のど真ん中で、綺麗な建物なのに働いている方があんなに嫌々では気が滅入ります。落とし物をするような不注意な人間なので二度と迷惑をかけないよう気を付けようと思いました。落とし物を届けて下さった方が気を悪くされていないといいのですが。
