★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 照明器具を内覧後に外し契約書には設備ではないと言い張る詐欺師です。補償補填は一切なく謝罪のみという杜撰な対応でした。みなさん気をつけましょう。
他の投稿には返信してこの投稿には返信がない辺りその不誠実さが伺えると思います。
クチコミを編集してから一ヶ月かかってようやく返信が来てましたがクチコミを気にしないのか単純に仕事が遅いのかどちらにせよ杜撰な仕事いうのがよくわかりました。
He is a scammer who removes the lighting fixtures after viewing them and insists that they are not equipment in the contract. There was no compensation and only an apology. Let's be careful.
If you reply to other posts and there is no reply to this post, you can see the dishonesty.
It took me a month after I edited the word-of-mouth, and I finally got a reply, but I understood that it was a poor job, whether I didn't care about the word-of-mouth or simply the work was slow.

・需要事項などの書類はLINEのみならず、チェックシートなどを同梱して送付してほしい。
振り込む金額や各証明書などの準備をラインで送られても流れてしまい、忘れてしまうことがあるため改善してほしいです。

管理会社が物件の管理を正しく出来ていないのは有り得ないです。
設備の不備も対応の不備もかなり多く、メールのレスポンスも遅い。
二度とエイブルで契約したくないです。
なんでこんなに評価が高いか分かりません。
この店舗で契約したことをかなり後悔しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約した時から来店するまでやり取りをして、「ご来店お待ちしています、お会いするのを楽しみにしています」と何度かメール頂いていた方は従業員の中にはおられませんでした。誰だったのでしょう。
提案いただいた物件は二つのみ。「こんな低い家賃希望ではこれがやっとですよ、どちらで契約しますか？」的な圧のかかった営業で怖くなり、「他での見積もりも取りたいので」と言うと「この時期ではもう他にもない、ありえない、時間帯（17時）過ぎたらどこも相手してくれない！」脅しです。怖かったです。
切羽詰まってるのは分かります、でも客の立場になり、話を聞き、要望に寄り添う努力をして下さい。脅迫めいた言葉や脅し的な圧力はしないほうがいいですよ。最初は物腰が柔らかそうな若い方でした、残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忙しい店舗のようです。自身の希望の物件を述べても、寄り添うよりもそれは厳しいですと諭されることの方が多かったと思いました。その後、同じ条件を提示した際に、親身になってくださった別の不動産で契約することが出来ましたので、エイブル京都さんは果たして物件を探してくださっていたのかと思うと些か疑問です。
また担当者と距離感が近い方がいいと感じられる方には良いのではないでしょうか。
軽薄さを感じる方がいて、私個人は肌に合いませんでした。親しみやすみも大事ですが、きちんと線を引いた接客をしていただきたく思いました。
その中で丁寧に対応してくださった方がいたので、星は２つにいたしますが、提案内容的には星１つです。京都駅前にあるので京都駅付近に住まわれる一人暮らしの学生さん向けなのでしょうか。もう少し幅広い客層に気を配って頂けたらと願います。
