Okumura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7階にあった時はいつもここでしたが、1階に移ってから初めて来店。きれいに改装されているのですが、待ち時間がめちゃくちゃ長くって店員の対応も最悪でした。平気で待たせて呼び出すときの横柄さやカード決済の手際の悪さはもう我慢できませんでした。次回からは他の薬局を使うことにします。 It was always here when I was on the 7th floor, but I moved to the 1st floor for the first time. 早	早川忠雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前ビルで便利です。わかくさ薬局はビルの7階にあります。薬局内では飲み物のサービスなどもあり、待ち時間でも息抜きが出来る工夫がされています。最近ではマッサージ(有料)まで追加されたようです(これ薬局？)。同じビル内には歯科などもあり、処方箋をもらったその足で、そのまま帰りに薬を受けとることができます。願わくばビル自体が駅前の地下道で繋がっていると、雨に濡れずにアプローチが出来てもっと便利になるので良いのですが、これは難しいかな。 Convenient in the station square building. Hopefully, if the building itself is connected by an underpass in front of the station, you can approach without getting wet with rain and it will be more convenient, but is this difficult?
夏	夏帆-KAHO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応はいつも丁寧。薬剤師さんは人によって対応が全然違いますが、私個人はだいたい、丁寧に説明してくれる担当者に当たります。時々、ぶっきらぼうだったりなんの説明もしてくれないような薬剤師さんに当たりますので、お店の体質というより、担当者の力量しだいかと思う。平日昼間の待ち時間は短いですが、土曜や平日の夕方などは来客が多いので、必然的に待ち時間が長いのは仕方ない。入口は２ヶ所あり、表側と裏側からも入れる。待ち時間に無料の飲み物が飲めるのはとてもありがたく、種類もお茶やコーヒー、ジュース類もある。７階の時代にはあったマッサージサービスがなくなったのは残念だが、概ね満足感がある。 The reception is always polite. Sometimes, I'm a pharmacist who doesn't explain anything to me, so I think it's probably the ability of the person in charge rather than the physical constitution of the shop. The waiting time in the daytime on weekdays is short, but there are many visitors on Saturdays and evenings on weekdays, so it is inevitable that the waiting time is long. There are two entrances, and you can enter from the front and back. We are very grateful to have a free drink during the waiting time, and there are various kinds of tea, coffee and juice. It's a pity that the massage service that existed on the 7th floor was gone, but I'm generally satisfied.
た	たまきたたら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シムビコートのジェネリックを他局で処方してもらっていたので、薬剤師に質問したところ、「シムビコートのジェネリックは信用していないので、取り扱いはこれからもしない」と、ハッキリ言われました。お薬手帳みたら、シムビコートのジェネリックを使用しているのはくらいは理解できるだろうから、処方前に一言、かけるべきで、薬剤師がジェネリックを信用してるかしてないかなんて、客に言う必要はあったのだろうか… しかも、薬をむき出しのまま、袋がいるかいらないか等の説明もなく、放置されました。もう、こんな薬局には行きません!! I had a generic version of Symbicort prescribed by another station, so when I asked the pharmacist, he clearly said, "I don't trust the generic version of Symbicort, so I will not handle it." If you look at your medication notebook, you can understand that you are using generics of Symbicort, so you should say a word before prescribing, and ask your customers whether the pharmacist trusts the generics or not. Did I have to say ... Moreover, the medicine was left uncovered without any explanation as to whether or not a bag was needed. I won't go to such a pharmacy anymore !!
