ベンチプレスが3つしかないので空くまで
待たないといけません、一回利用券が650円
シャワーはありますがシャンプーなどはありません。

登録前に1時間ほどの説明会に参加し、カラダスキャンとマシン操作などのレクチャーを受ける
ダイエットやビルドアップなど、個人の目的に沿ってカルテも作ってくれるそうだが、内容は特に参考になるものではなかった
駐車場が満車になっているとどうしようもない
特に野球開催される日などは、途中の道にも停められた車があるため、たどり着けない

フリーウェイとならビック３もちゃんとできる。
