k	k t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful cocktail bar. We had the pleasure of being served by Mr Takayoshi Kaibara who opened this bar in the 70's and has been working there ever since. Amazing hospitality from a bartender who really knows his stuff. For non-English speakers trying to find this bar, you will not find the word "Roman" on any signboards - trust your GPS and enter the building and lift - the button for the top floor should indicate ROMAN. Expect old school charm with a lovely bartender dedicated to his craft.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, but the owner is why I will come back. He was such a gracious host and seems to know his stuff. Nothing like the owner walking you out to the elevator when you leave. A must visit if in Oimachi.
