価格帯もちょうど良かったです
レモンサワーが美味しかった
料理も外れなく美味しかったです
。特におすすめされたひよこ豆のパネッレ?は初めて食べましたがハマりそう、、、、、
他にも凝った料理がたくさんあり次回は食べていないものを食べに行きます
スタッフの方々も忙しい中、気を使って頂き感謝✨

恵比寿西口から徒歩5分ほど、恵比寿神社のすぐ近くにあるこちらのお店。
入口はガラス張りになっていて、開放感もありますね。
店内はハイチェアーが並ぶカウンターと、その他テーブルがあって全部で30席。
カジュアルでアットホームな雰囲気は、使いやすくていいですね！
この日は奥のテーブル席へ。乾杯はもちろん泡。
お料理はワインに合う前菜やメイン、〆のパスタまで色々と揃っています。
最初に頂いた一品は、鯖とポテトを合わせた前菜。上には金柑が乗って、香りと共に楽しみます。
続いては、ちょこっとずつの前菜を盛り合わせで。
青魚のローストに、自家製のマグロの生ハム。
アランチーニはトマトソースで。
鱈の塩漬け。
カプレーゼには、いちごとバジルで。
サクサクのミートパイもワインにぴったり。
続いて、玉蜀黍の粉を使ったイカのフリット。レモンとイカの肝を使ったソースでいただきます。
メインのお肉は豚の肩ロース。
赤大根や菜の花のグリルを添えて、春を感じる一皿。
最後にいただたいのがこれ！ウニだくのスパゲッティです。
ソースに雲丹が使われていて、上にも雲丹たっぷり！まさに雲丹だくです。
オレンジの泡を乗せて、こちらも柑橘の香りが効いた爽やかな一皿。
パスタに雲丹ソースがよく絡んで、美味しい。これは絶対食べるべき一品です！
最後はデザートとコーヒーでほっこり。
食べかけですが、お皿いっぱいのティラミス！
灯りはちょっと落としてあり、カジュアルなデートにも使える雰囲気ですよ。お料理はどれも美味しく、間違いナシ。

音楽も店内にあっていて、ほんとにいい空間だった。
デートにもゆっくり考えを伝え合うのにも、ただ美味しいパスタを味わうのにも、一人で飲みに行くのにも…どんな場面にも合う。
ただ、やはりいいお店だけあって、予約が必要そうだった。
私は開店時間ぐらいに着いたので、予約時間まで1時間半ほど大丈夫ですと入れてもらった。
もう本当に内装のこだわりとパスタの美味しさに感動した……
