ち	ちーちゃん推し on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 居酒屋なのにランチは揚げ物オンリーという潔いお店( ＾ω＾ )。さぞかし自信があるんでしょうな、と想像しながら平日のランチタイムに入店しました。初訪問でしたので、色々と味わえる『盛り合わせ定食（\970）』をオーダー。作り置きではないようで、そこそこの時間をしっかりと待ってから料理の登場です。揚げ物はヒレカツ×メンチカツ×アジフライの豪華３種。ヒレとメンチは予めカットされていて、綺麗な断面が確認できます。どれも揚げたてでサックサク！揚げ色も綺麗ですねぇ。アジは白身がフワッフワ、メンチはしっかりとジューシー、ヒレ肉はしっとりと。多彩な食感を楽しめました。キャベツから流れ出た水分が、サクサク感を少々損なっている部分がありましたので、揚げ物を置く底上げの網台があれば言う事無いですね。座席は元々ブースに仕切られており、コロナも気になりません。店員さんは皆様元気があって、しっかりと挨拶。ランチにお刺身や焼き魚はありませんが、穴場的な良いお店だと思います。 Even though it's an izakaya, lunch is a fried food only shop (^ ω ^). It doesn't seem to be pre-made, so wait for a reasonable amount of time before cooking. There are 3 kinds of fried foods: fin cutlet x minced pork cutlet x fried chicken. The fins and menchi are pre-cut so you can see a beautiful cross section. All are freshly fried and crispy! The fried color is also beautiful. The white meat of horse mackerel is fluffy, the menchi is firm and juicy, and the fillet is moist. I enjoyed a variety of textures. The water that flowed out of the cabbage had a slight loss of crispness, so there is nothing to say if there is a raised net stand on which the fried food is placed. The seats are originally divided into booths, so you don't have to worry about corona. The clerk is cheerful and greets me firmly. There is no sashimi or grilled fish for lunch, but I think it's a good restaurant.
