ランチ時は大陸中華街と化している東日本橋界隈。この日は怪しい怪しい“マウンテンビル”の地下にある韓国料理店でランチを頂きました。 以前、隣の「龍盛」という紫色に煌めく中華料理店をレポ致しましたが、今回はその龍盛を通り過ぎて更に奥にあるお店のレポになります。 韓国人ラッパー〝G-Dragon〟さんが快く迎えてくれる入口を潜ると、店内は女子だらけ!明るくていいですね~。こっちも気持ちがタッカンマリ!(心の中でですが) 13時を回っても店内はほぼ満席で、人気の程が伺えます。男性も女性もザ・コリアンな店員さんは皆様とってもフレンドリーでニコやか。 数あるランチメニューの中から、評判の良いユッケジャンを敢えて選ばずに『明太子石焼ビビンバ(¥980)』をチョイス。邪にまた冒険してしまいました。 10分程でやって来たのは、ビビンバの入った鉄鍋と小皿3種(白菜キムチ・もやしナムル・ちくわの和え物)、スープ、そして調味料としてケチャップの容器に入ったコチュジャン。 ビビンバにはお肉は全く入っておらず、代わりに大量の明太子ペーストがかかっており、ひたすら混ぜ混ぜ。徐々にピンク色に焦げ付いていきます。 味見してみると辛さは殆ど感じないので、コチュジャンをババっとかけて更に混ぜ混ぜ。熱々のまま頂きましたが、肉々しさに欠ける分インパクトが弱く、一本調子な味わい。野菜が多くてヘルシーだとは思いますが、やっぱりビビンバには明太子ではなくお肉が合いますね。 また、野菜からくる水分と明太子からくる水分が多過ぎて、混ぜてもネチャネチャのまま。頂き始めてから10分位経ってようやく鉄鍋の保温で水分が飛びはじめていました。 小皿料理はキムチもナムルも至って普通。スープは少し薄味。特に韓国料理屋だからといった特徴はありませんが、変に現地仕様なお料理よりも普通に味わえて良いかも。 このお店の入居しているビルの地下は本当に場末感が充満しており、入るまで勇気が必要(^^)なのですが、店内の雰囲気、店員さんの振る舞い、お値段、ボリューム感、どれも立地からは想像もつかないほど素晴らしいと思います。 お料理は当たり外れがあるようですので、日本でも定番化しているメニューを頂くのが無難かもしれません。明太子ビビンバは今一つでしたので、もう一度訪問して人気の煮込み系のお料理を頂いてみようと、今からリベンジ計画です。

(In my heart) Even after 13:00, the store is almost full, and you can see how popular it is. The Korean clerk, both male and female, is very friendly and smiling. From the many lunch menus, choose "Mentaiko Ishiyaki Bibimbap (¥ 980)" without dare to choose the popular Yukgaejang. I have adventured again. In about 10 minutes, I came to an iron pot with bibimbap, 3 small plates (white vegetable kimchi, bean sprouts namul, and chikuwa), soup, and gochujang in a ketchup container as a seasoning. Bibimbap does not contain any meat, but instead has a large amount of mentaiko paste, and it is mixed. It will gradually burn to pink. When I taste it, I hardly feel the spiciness, so sprinkle gochujang and mix it further. It was hot, but the impact was weak due to the lack of meatiness, and the taste was straightforward. I think it's healthy with lots of vegetables, but after all bibimbap goes well with meat instead of mentaiko. Also, there is too much water from vegetables and mentaiko, so even if you mix it, it will remain messy. About 10 minutes after I started receiving it, the water started to fly due to the heat retention of the iron pot. Small plate dishes are very common with kimchi and namul. The soup is a little light. It doesn't have any particular characteristics because it's a Korean restaurant, but it may be better to taste it more normally than local dishes. The basement of the building where this shop is located is really full of atmosphere, and it takes courage to enter (^^), but the atmosphere inside the shop, the behavior of the clerk, the price, the volume, which one I think it's so wonderful that you can't imagine it from the location. The food seems to be a hit, so it may be safe to have a menu that has become a standard in Japan. The mentaiko bibimbap wasn't good enough, so I'm planning to revenge from now on to visit again and have a popular stewed dish.

入っていくのがドキドキしてしまう、地下店舗…。 気になってたけど、行く機会が無かったので、遂に!!(やっと) 他店では無くても良いんだけどなぁ。とか思ってしまう、小皿がどれもちゃんと美味しい! 今日のメインは「海鮮ちゃんぽん麺」半ライスも進む進む。 12時過ぎたら、一気に満席。 リピ決定!また行きますー

馬喰横山から、すぐの所にある、韓国料理専門店の「東大門タッカンマリ東日本橋店」ビルの地下1階で、且つ階段から降りて一番奥にあるため、正直入りづらさレベルは高い。中に入るとバーカウンターと、奥に席がある、バーのいぬき店みたいな感じ。ここでは、ランチはキムチや、ナムルなどの前菜が3品と、メインがあり、ご飯はおかわりができる感じ。オススメはユッケジャンとのことで注文。グツグツの鉄鍋に野菜たっぷりにお肉が入っているスープが出てきて、初めご飯を入れようかとおもったが、おかずとしてたべなが、前菜と共にご飯を。ご飯が結構進み、美味しく完食。石焼ビビンバを初め連想しましたが、こちらもgood。次は食べたことないのをチャレンジしてみたい。

Once inside, there is a bar counter and seats in the back, like a bar dog shop. Here, there are 3 main dishes such as kimchi and namul for lunch, and the rice can be refilled. I recommend ordering with Yukgaejang. A soup with plenty of vegetables came out in a squishy iron pot, and at first I thought about adding rice, but as a side dish, I had rice with an appetizer. The rice goes well and it is deliciously finished. I first associated it with stone-grilled bibimbap, but this is also good. Next time I want to try something I have never eaten.

18時30分過ぎに来店。既に何組かいましたが、19時頃には全てのテーブルが埋まってしまうほど人気なので、来店前は予約をおすすめします! どの料理もおいしくて、量が多い!お腹に溜まる料理が多いので、すぐお腹いっぱいになりました。 トッポギは少し辛め、チーズがすごく伸びました。ねぎとたまねぎも入っていてチーズと一緒に野菜を食べても美味しいです。 海鮮ねぎチヂミは厚めでそとはカリカリですが、中はふわふわでとてもおいしかったです。 写真にないですが、チャプチェがとても美味しくてしっかりした甘い味付けでした。辛いものが多いので、チャプチェを途中で頼むと味変でちょうど良いなと思いました。 カクテルのカシスオレンジも味が濃くて美味しかったです。梅酒は水割りなのでアルコールは薄めな感じでした。
