ち	ちーちゃん推し on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日のランチは、会社から近いんですが、なかなか訪れなかったシリーズ。「佐賀県三瀬村ふもと赤鶏馬喰町店」さんを訪問しました。こちらの居酒屋ランチは潔く「チキン南蛮定食」「親子丼」「鶏もも炭火焼定食」の3種類のみ。親子丼が鶏肉と玉子がセパレートで珍しいーなーと思いながら、結局評判の良い「鶏もも炭火焼定食」をオーダーしました。すこぶる笑顔の女性店員さんは、大盛サービスがあることや、無料のセルフコーヒーがあることもしっかりと説明してくれて好印象。更にこちらのお店の良い点はランチが作り置きではなく、オーダー後にしっかりと炭火で焼いてくれること。普通はスピード重視のお店が多く、なかなか出来ないですよね。それだけでも素晴らしい取り組みです。そして待つこと10分位で登場したお盆には、手のひら大の鶏もも肉、鶏スープ、サラダ、お新香。おお～トングとハサミが付いていますよ。先ずは鶏肉をそのハサミでチョキチョキ。ちびっと焦げている所からいっただきまーす。鶏肉は香ばしく肉汁ジュワっと！これは旨いのなんの、お昼から最高の気分ですね、鶏スープは濃いめの味付けで、ほんのり生姜が香ります。具材の鶏だんごも美味しく、これだけでもご飯のおかずになりそうなくらい。ご飯は普通盛りでも結構ありますが、こんなに美味いなら大盛にすりゃ良かったと後悔。あっという間の完食でしたが、1,000円という値付けも納得の内容でした。時間があまり無かったので無料コーヒーは遠慮しましたが、皆さん食後もゆっくりと寛いでいる方が多かったですね。他の二種類も試してみたいので、再訪決定です。 Today's lunch is a series that was close to the company, but I hadn't visited easily. That alone is a wonderful initiative. Waiting for about 10 minutes, Obon appeared with palm-sized chicken thighs, chicken soup, salad, and incense. Oh ~ It has tongs and scissors. First, the chicken is chopped with its scissors. I'll start from the place where I'm burned a little. Chicken is savory and juicy! This is the best feeling from noon, Chicken soup has a deep flavor and slightly ginger scent. Chicken dumplings are also delicious, and it seems that this alone will be a side dish of rice. There is quite a lot of rice in normal serving, but I regret that it was good if it was so delicious. It was a quick meal, but the price of 1,000 yen was also acceptable. I didn't have much time, so I refrained from free coffee, but many people relaxed slowly after eating. I want to try the other two, so I'm going to return.

The chef is so energetic and friendly. We could feel he enjoys cooking the food very much. Other staffs are also nice and helpful. The atmosphere is very joyful and cozy. Hope to revisit here next time when we come to Tokyo! ?
