名刺見たら店長だったので大丈夫だろうと思っていたが、中々良い物件が見つからなくて面倒くさくなったんだろうね。私が物件見比べてる間にいきなり爪切り始めちゃったよ。目の前で。
正直驚いた(笑)

「私が聞きたいのは〇〇についてです。答えを得られていないので〇〇について教えてください」と詳しく再質問すると音沙汰がなくなり、翌日夜に
「募集中の物件はありません」とだけ返信。
いきなり態度が悪くなって驚いた。
すぐには来店できないと書き添えたこともあり、客にならないと判断したと思う。
同時に問い合わせをした他社は質問を1度で理解して適切な回答をくれたし、来店が少し先になる事情も理解してくれたのでそちらで部屋を決めようと思った。
同じ問い合わせをしてもここまで結果が違ってくるので、不動産会社の比較も大事だと改めて思う。
