店内もほぼ満席状態でした。
生ハムの盛り合わせ頼んでから1時間待たされた。自分も飲食やってるし、忙しい時に回らない気持ちも分かるので特に怒鳴ったりとかはしなかったが、普通のお客さんがあれをやられたら普通に怒ると思う。味は確かなお店なので、そこが勿体無い。遅くなるなら遅くなると、その可能性だけでも伝える義務はあると思う。のが一点。
あと、店員さんを呼んでもまず来ない。呼び出しのベルもないし、当然声で呼ぶしかないのだが、このコロナ禍ではばかれる大声でないと届かない。周りのテーブルを見ても同様であり不便そうだった。そして、店員側も客の声に敏感ではない。無視してるように感じられるほど。従業員を増やすとか、呼び出しのベルを設置するとかして欲しい、小さなフラストレーションが料理の質を落としてしまうかもしれないと思う。
美味しかったけど、改善されない以上食事に行こうとは思わない。

The taste is certain, so it's a waste. If it's late, I think it's obligatory to tell just the possibility. Is one point.
Also, even if I call a clerk, I rarely come. There is no call bell, and of course there is no choice but to call it by voice, but it can only be reached by a loud voice that is ridiculed by this corona. Looking at the tables around me, it was the same and seemed inconvenient. And the clerk is not sensitive to the voice of the customer. It feels like I'm ignoring it. I think a small frustration, like increasing the number of employees or installing a call bell, may reduce the quality of the food.
It was delicious, but I wouldn't go out for a meal unless it improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょい飲みに良いです。今回はお肉屋さんの盛合わせ1500円をツマミにグラスワインを楽しみました。LINE登録すると初回は1杯目のワインが半額、2回目からは更に割引品が増えるシステム。シンプルな店内は落ち着いて待ち合わせに良いかな？池袋西口すぐそばなのでロケーションも良いです。ワインの種類も多く、ボトルがお得なので長い待ち合わせでもOK.そのまま飲み続けても楽しめます。
