やはりダメでした。。。
何が大人のハンバーグなのか分かりません。2000円近く払いましたが量や味ともに？？でした。まず量が少なすぎました。仮にもの凄く美味しいのであればいいのですが別段美味しさも感じませんでした。
コスパも悪く、感動できる要素が全くありません。
私には向かないお店でした。

それなりに美味しいけど、すっげえ美味い！！ってわけじゃない。正直並。中が生のハンバーグは好きだけど、僕の時は生じゃなかったから少しパサパサしてた。というかクオリティと比較して高い。同じ値段出したら他のお店でサラダやトッピングを付けられるレベル。だったら他のお店いくよね〜って思う。
店員は学生かな？ちょっと皿の置き方とか下げ方が雑。申し訳ないけどリピートはないかな。

ハンバーグがちょっと焦げてるのが気になったけど味はボチボチ。
油が跳ねるとの事でタレを鉄板に掛けられないスタイルも少し悲しい。
サラダはドレッシングが少なめだったので最初に多めでと声をかけた方が良さそう！
二階にはテーブル席があって、焼き場も上にあるのかな？
熟練そうな人は一階にはいなかった！
カードも使えるし、口直しのガムも置いてあるのは良いところ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼のランチに行きました。チーズ、卵付きで食欲が増します。ソースはデミグラスと迷ったけど、お店の名前が入っている、熟成大人のソースにしました。
180g頼んで、お腹いっぱいになりました。
柔らかくて美味しかったです。
個人的にはもう少し肉感のある方が好みだけど、柔らかくてこちらはこちらでありかな。

I ordered 180g and I was full.

並んでいるのと、何かのランキングで1位という宣伝に負けて訪問しました。
和牛を使用、銘柄付きの卵、立地柄で流石のお値段です。
ランチだとお得に利用する事ができます。
ディナーメニューはわかりませんが、ランチ大人のハンバーグにはチェダーチーズと目玉焼きがマストで付いてくるようです。
追加トッピングをしようとしたら店員の方が元々付いてくるけど大丈夫ですか？と丁寧に説明してくれました。
肝心のハンバーグは非常に柔らかく、粗挽きで歯応えを〜というハンバーグではありません。
かといって中がレアというわけでもありませんでした。
しっかりと挽いているのでしょうか。
チーズと玉子と肉の脂で濃厚になり、若干味付けが薄めなタレに付けて食べるとちょうどよい塩梅でした。
付け合わせのじゃがいもとにんじんとブロッコリーはちょっと残念な感じでした。。
ごちそうさまでした。
