★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍で忙しくされていることもありますが、基本、いつも問い合わせたことは直ぐに対応してくださり、親身になって今の会社の現状を考えた上で、しっかりとアドバイスをくれます。
以前に問題行動が多かった雇用者と論争に発展しそうになった時には、同事務所の弁護士の方も参加してきちんと解決して下さりました。
働く側の社員の立場に立ちながらも、しっかりと会社も守ってくださる、話しやすい、まちの電気屋さんみたいに身近な存在でいてくれる社労士さんです。
今はコロナ禍ということもあり、様々な助成金があると思いますが、本音はそれを全て理解して社労士側から教えて欲しいという思いは否めません。
けれども、出来る限りの情報は教えてくれて、その対応はしっかりとしてくれる。
自社に見合った助成金の情報提供までしてもらえれば満点というところです。
あとは随分満足しています。
今回も働き方改革系の助成金ではお世話になりました。
