★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かかりつけを変えようと思い予約を取って行った所、看護師さんの対応がまず悪かったです。
無愛想に面倒くさそうな対応をされました。
沢山の方が居たので仕方がなかったのかもしれませんが、予約から1時間以上過ぎてから診察室に呼ばれました。
診察室に行くと先生の機嫌が悪かったのか、話も聞かず一方的に捲し立て、机にカルテを投げ捨てられました。
呆気に取られながらもホームページを見て診察内容にあったから内科もしていると思い来たと言うと｢うちは消化器内科だから｣と鼻で笑われました。
もう何も言うまいと思いすぐに病院を出ましたが、くやしいやら悲しいやらで涙が出ました…
消化器内科しかしてないなら、内科で扱う病名をホームページに出すべきではないと思います。
そして看護師さんの対応の悪さやカルテを机に投げ捨てる、鼻で笑うなどといった行為はおかしいと思います。
患者を｢お客様は神様だ｣という風に扱えとは思いませんが、余りにも雑な対応過ぎると思います。
消化器系で何かあろうとも二度と行きません。
他の方のクチコミや評価がサクラではないかと思う程度には酷いです。
星1つもつけたいとは思えません。

院内はとても綺麗で、対応もすごく良いです。
麻酔をするので、内視鏡はとても楽でした。
大腸の時も個人別に御手洗が用意されているし、テレビやソファーもあるので、とてもリラックスできます。
また、内視鏡でお世話になる時は、ごとう内科さんが良いと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここまで安心して何でもお話できたのは初めてかもしれません。
胃が痛く悩んでいたところ病院にかかっても薬を飲んでもあまり効果が現れず。
不安で仕方なかった私に胃カメラの検査を進めてくださいました。
初めは怖くてお断りしようかとおもっていましたが、どのようなものかしっかり説明してくださり受けてみることに。
聞いていた通り一瞬で検査は終わり結果を教えていただけます。一瞬と言っても麻酔をしているので記憶がないです。
その検査結果の際の対応がしっかりされているので心配していた胃が悪い方向に言っていないことに安心しました。
何より対話をしていただけるので質問もしやすくよかったです( ^ω^ )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胃が痛くて病院を探してたら、ごとう内科がネットにあり、行ってみました。
凄く話しやすい先生と、看護士さん、と技術の先生で、胃カメラも何の苦しみもなく終わりピロリ菌の治療をしてもらい完治しました。
今、血便が出て、直ぐに診てもらいたくごとう内科に連絡しましたが、夕方しか空いてなかったので違う病院に…後悔…先生は淡々と話し検査の予約して終わり…
やっぱりごとう内科に行けば良かった。
ごとう内科の先生はほんと、ちゃんと話を聞いてくれて、安心出来るし、検査も不安は無い。
ごとう内科は、診察してもらって帰る時には安心して帰れる病院です。
