こちらで賃貸契約を結んだのですが、物件を探す際に少し特殊な用途で使用する旨を伝えてオーナーに話を通しておく、ということで紹介をしてもらいました
しかし契約後数ヶ月して物件の管理会社にその旨が連携されておらず、想定されていない用途での利用はできない、と通達されました
エイブルに確認をしたところ、そのような話は聞いていない覚えていないと知らぬ存ぜぬで通されました
私もアホで書面や録音なりの証拠を残していなかったし、契約書面には事前に伝えた用途のことは書いていなかったので泣き寝入りをすることになってしまいました
私自身はもう二度と利用することはないでしょうし、誰にもお勧めできません
どうしても使われる際は契約書類など穴が開くほどしっかり目を通して気になるところは書面での確認をするなどしっかりと対策をされた上での利用をお勧めします
Oral promises are broken, don't trust
I signed a rental contract here, but when I was looking for a property, I told the owner that I would use it for a slightly special purpose and talked to the owner, so I was introduced.
However, a few months after the contract, the property management company was informed that it was not linked to that effect and that it could not be used for unexpected purposes.
When I checked with Able, I didn't hear such a story, and I didn't know that I didn't remember it.
I didn't leave any proof of writing or recording in the stupidity, and I didn't write the purpose I told in advance in the contract document, so I fell asleep.
I will never use it again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
When using it by all means, it is recommended to take proper measures such as checking in writing if you are worried about it by reading the contract documents etc. so that there are holes.
