★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミ読んでから行ったのである程度覚悟していましたが、本当に受付の態度が最悪で逆に笑えました。愛想無いとかいうレベルじゃなく、もはや患者のこと睨んでます。なお先生はとても優しく丁寧な方でしたので、またみて頂きたいと思いました。
 I was prepared to read something to read a word, but I was able to laugh at the receptionist's attitude at the worst. It's not about a level of love, but it's no longer about patients. The teacher was very kind and polite, so I wanted to see it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皮膚科でお世話になっていますが、スタッフさんは挨拶無し、無愛想と、とにかく最低レベルと言わざるを得ません。すごく不快な気持ちにさせられます。 医師は、優しく丁寧にお話して下さりますので、聞きやすく有り難いです。
スタッフさんのせいか、いつも空いているので、急ぎの時はマスト。
I am indebted in dermatology, but the staff has no greetings, and it can not but say that she is at the lowest level anyway. I feel very uncomfortable. Doctors speak kindly and politely, so it's easy to hear them.
Maybe because of the staff, it's always open, so be sure to rush in a rush.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の人が書かれている通り受付の人は非常に愛想がないですが（昔から受付している人は別です）先生はそれを差し引いても非常に人柄の良い先生です。下新庄に引っ越して11年になりますが、ずっと笹川医院を利用させていただいていて1番行きやすく並んでいても対応が早く、良い医院だと自分は思っています。
As the other people write, the receptionist is very unfriendly (except for those who have been accepting for a long time), but the teacher is a very good teacher even after subtracting it. It has been 11 years since I moved to Shimo-Shinjo, and I think that it is a good clinic because I have been using the Sasakawa Clinic all the time and it is the easiest to reach even if it is lined up easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生も優しく、お会計も早く、待ち時間も少ないから今後も通いますが受付の方たちの愛想が悪すぎです。私も病院の受付をしていたので忙しいのもわかりますが、入ってすぐこちらからあいさつをしても無視です。1年半前ぐらいに行った時におそらく新人さんだった方もその時はなんとも思わなかったですが、最近久しぶりに行った時目つきも悪いし対応も最悪でした。先生以外みんな愛想ないので、スタッフ総入れ替えした方がいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度かお世話なった事ありますけど、先生は良い人で診療も早いから問題ないけど、受付けのおばちゃんは対応が馬鹿すぎる。診療所入って受付け行ったらおばちゃんが開口一番何ですか?って聞かれたんだけど、診察してもらいに来たに決まってるやろ。おばちゃんは一体何屋さんの受付けやってんの、もっと勉強しろ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生はとても丁寧に説明してくれたり親切ですが、受付のスタッフなんとかなりませんか？無愛想挨拶無しの上、お釣渡す時も横向きながら…不快しかないですね。どうしてそこまで冷たい態度で接する事ができるのでしょうか？あり得ないです！こんな悪態の受付の人初めてです！受付は病院の顔ですよ？本当にスタッフ替えて欲しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方全員こんにちは、は勿論、お大事になどの言葉はありません。挨拶は一切なく、いつも高圧的で無愛想です。病院に行って余計に具合が悪くなるそんな態度です。先生はとても穏やかで良い人なのに受付が悪すぎて本当に気分が悪くなります。 受付は病院の顔だと言う自覚もないのでしょうね。いい大人なのにお給料を頂いて働いてるという仕事の自覚もないのですね、ざんねんです。
