電話上だったのですが、遮って一方的に喋る上に、聞き取れなかったり、都合悪そうな際に「ん？」「はい？」を連呼し、終始不機嫌で高圧的な対応でした。

診療はいいのですがら松葉杖のレンタル料が他院と比べてめっちゃ高い
（1日100円）
なので、初期診療の病院で借りられた杖を使う事をおススメします
