何軒かのお店に数度足を運び探していたのですがなかなかこれという機種を決めかねていました。
そんな時に出会った店員さんがとても親切で親身になって一緒に考えてくださり今回の購入になりました。
今までの店員さんもひと通り丁寧に案内はしてくださったのですが、今回の店員さんは本当に寄り添うように話を聞いてまた対応してくださりどの機種にするか悩んでいた私にはとても助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、バソコンとプリンターを買い替えました。最初見積り等を聞きに来店しましたが、担当者が接客中とのことであっさりと断わられた感がしました。その足でY電機に行き見積りが出来ました。購入前に再度ノジマに来店し、担当者と会う事が出来ました。Y電機との見積りについて説明をし比較検討しました。担当者の丁寧な説明対応を受けましたので、ノジマで購入をしました、
出来れば、フロアの担当者を増やして頂ければ他店に行かなくて済むのではないでしょうか？

どんな小さな買い物でも、こちらの希望をとても親切に聞いてくださり、値段のことも考慮した商品の提案をしてくださいます。いつも助かっています。
