★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お正月に購入したエアコンと冷蔵庫で期間限定ポイントがもらえたので、少しお金を足して古くなった電子レンジの買い換えをしました。
今回も使い勝手を丁寧に説明してもらえましたので、従来と同じように操作する機種を選ぶことができて良かったです。
駐車場まで台車で運んでもらい、古い物もその場で引き取っていただけたので助かりました。
次回もノジマ西八王子店で購入したいと思います。
 I got points for a limited time with the air conditioner and refrigerator I bought on New Year's Day, so I added a little money and replaced the old microwave oven.

対応して頂いた佐藤さんはウダウダしている自分達に親身にアドバイスいただき配送もこちらの要望にそうように対応していただきました。

先日仮住まいのアパートで照明器具が付いていないことに気づいて、慌てて八王子のYC店に行ったのですが、残念ながらノジマさんとは対応のレベルがまるで違いYCにはガッカリしました。いつまでも寄り添う姿勢を大事に頑張ってください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目的の品について店員さんに聞いたら売り切れです、っていわれたが横から他の女性店員さんがありますよって言ってくれた。在庫状況を把握していて非常によかった。最初の男性店員さんは何も見ずにないと言ってたので…ちゃんと確かめてほしかった。この女性店員さんは素晴らしかった！！対応も非常によかったし目的の品が買えて非常に嬉しかったです！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Ken Tajima and his partner from Nojima were quick and efficient installing my new fridge and taking away the old one. They called to notify me of their ETA before I leaving the house before mine as requested. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes.
