説明が嘘ばっかり。全然言ってることとやってる事が違う。解約したのに2ヶ月たってもAIRの請求がくるし。何度も確認しても全然予想外の請求がくるよ。どうなってるの?説明が違いますよー。もう二度と使わない。向かいのDOCOMOの方が、とっても親切です

高額な買い物したにもかかわらず、女の店員は声が小さくて何話してるかわからず、売ってるものに何が付属されているのかも把握しておらず、案内間違いにより、買わなくていいアダプタ買わされた返品に行かなければならずデータ移行の説明も不十分で非常に迷惑被った。苦情行ったら礼儀を知らない太ったふてぶてしい子供みたいな男が偉そうな態度で出てきて話にならなかった。バイトでまわすにも程があるのでは?もう二度と行かない。本社にもクレーム済。

17:55入店、18:45退店、この間、挨拶さえ一切なし。店員さんは他のお客さんに受付終わって、他の事ばがりして、50分間対応なし。最悪の店です。

ショップ店員の男性は、お客様への態度が、喧嘩を売ってる様な態度、言葉遣いで最悪でした。 言い方が良くないですね、と指摘すると謝罪するどころか被せる様に「お客さんもね」と逆ギレ。 本当に有り得ない態度に本当に気分悪くなりました。 店長さんは、この店員が普段こんな応対をしてる事をご存知なのだろうか。 店内がら空きの理由が判った気がしました。 物凄く嫌な気持ちになり帰りました。接客業としての対応言葉遣いをきちんと教育して下さい。
