ま	まりな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当してくれた店員の態度が最低すぎた。また別の人は対応が良かったがミスしといて認めない。店員の教育がまったくなっていない。最低の店 15年以上ドコモですが、こんな最悪なドコモショップ初めてです、二度と行きません。 The attitude of the clerk in charge was too low. ヌ	ヌリタロウ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 研修中の方が対応してくれたが自社のプランの説明もおぼつかない。はじめてスマホか学割かスタンダードなプランなのか、よく分からないまま進行して行くので不安を感じ、他の方を呼び止め聞いて解決。言葉の使い方がおかしい。随所にタメ口。不快。 ※意図的に不快にさせる事が、店員同士でのステイタスとなっているのか？コチラの意図とは、かけ離れた提案がされ続ける。声が聞き取れない。 SIMカードは紙袋を立てた状態で上から落とすようにしまう。求めてもいないのに、最後に責任者から挨拶がありますとの事だったが、何もなかった。残念を通り越して、終わってる。終始この担当者から開放されたいと思っていたので、完了した際に凄く安堵できた。イーアスには、他の主たるキャリアが揃っていて便利だと思ったが、こんなに不快な思いをするとは思いませんでした。この方の問題もあるかもしれないが、この代理店に問題があるように感じる。ロープレとか、もっと研修をしてから対応させるべきだと思います。 20年以上ドコモを愛用してきたが、全てを台無しにする破壊力のあるショップです。 The person in the training responded The explanation of the company's plan is also unclear. シ	シャモ吉1987 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 突然dアカウントへのログインができなくなる不具合が発生したが、いつも行く八王子ユーロード店が休みだったのでこちらへ。急だったので来店予約などはしませんでした。受付のスタッフに、来店予約無しで申し訳ないがdアカウントにログインできないのはどうしたらいいかと聞いたものの、素っ気ない態度でHPでも書いてあるような簡単な対処法しか説明せず、こちらではできませんの一言で終了。話にならないと思ったので店を後にし、ドコモのカスタマサービスに電話して状況を説明し、教えていただいた対処法をやってみたらトラブルが解決しました。電話越しでも心配してくれてる感じ等が伝わったりとカスタマサービスの方の対応が素晴らしかったので、尚更こちらの対応の悪さに腹が立ちました。二度と立ち寄る事は無いです。 Suddenly there was a problem that I could not log in to the d account, but the Hachioji U-Road store I always go to was closed, so go here.
