★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供と越後湯沢へ来て、こちらのお店で夕食を食べました。
イカ煮定食（ご飯大盛）とイクラ丼定食、2500円の刺身盛りを注文しました。
以前に来た時から気になっていたイカ煮定食は味付けが丁寧で美味しかったです。
子供がイクラ丼定食を選んで「越後湯沢まで来てイクラ丼たべるの⁉️」と、思いましたが、一口食べたらイクラのプチプチ感と醤油味も丁度よく、予想以上に美味しかったです。
刺身盛りは一切れ一切れが鮮度が良くホントに美味しかったです。

I ordered a squid boiled set meal (a large serving of rice), a salmon roe bowl set meal, and a sashimi platter of 2500 yen.

The child chose the salmon roe bowl set meal and thought, "Come to Echigo Yuzawa and eat the salmon roe bowl ⁉️", but when I ate a bite, the salmon roe's petit and soy sauce taste was just right, and it was more delicious than I expected.
Every piece of sashimi was fresh and really delicious.

開店すぐにもかかわらず、
店内8割ほどお客さんが入っていました。
スタッフの方は3名、
みなさん接客が良かったです。
こちらは決まったランチメニューとかはないのですが
定食が多いので、
ランチ利用もすることができるといった感じです。
【焼き魚定食 1200円】
この日は鯛でした。
正直焼き魚はそこまで美味しくなかったです。
少しパサついていた気がします。
こういうお店ではプリップリのお魚が食べられると
勝手にイメージしてしまっていたのも
あるかもしれませんが…。
お客さんがひっきりなしで来店されているので
たまたま今日の
お魚が私の口に合わなかっただけかもしれません。
【鰯のたたき 650円】
こちらは美味しかったいしかったです。
鰯の生臭さもなく、ネギが主張しすぎることもなく、
美味しい美味しいと言いながら食べ進めていました。笑
焼き魚にはちょっと残念でしたが
店員さんの接客が良く、
お客さんと笑顔でお話している様子を伺うと
またぜひ違うメニューで再訪したいなと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟日帰りドライブで昼食は村上で塩引鮭を食べましたが、まだ少し食べ足りないのです。
夕食を食べてから帰ろうと越後湯沢に立ち寄る事にしました。
ここは割烹？それとも居酒屋？そんな事は美味しければ良いのですけどね。
サラダも天ぷらもホタテバター焼も安くて美味い
です。
南蛮えびも抜群でした。
締には焼き魚定食をオーダーしてみました。
オプションで味噌汁を天然ナメコの味噌汁に変えてもらいましたが、これがまた美味いのです。
さすがは新潟で白飯も美味いですね。
大満足でした。

店内はカウンターとテーブル・座敷があり、店員さんの対応も丁寧で好感が持てます。
観光地によくある（観光客をターゲットにした）立派な内装ではなくこじんまりした古びた印象で正直ちょっと入店を迷いましたが、仕事帰りのサラリーマンのグループが熱く語り合う一方で友人っぽい女性のグループが歓談している等を見ると地元に根差したお店のようです。
一人で酒無の食事でも特に気兼ねなく利用できますが、定食のお値段はちょっと高めな気がしますのであまり食べたことがない単品を頼んでみるのもいいと思います。
少し残念だったのはメニューの画像をみてアサリの味噌汁だと思っていたのがそうではなかった事ですが、季節もの中心である以上多少の差異は許容範囲ですしそこを差し引いても十分満足できました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant opened for 84 years and is a family-style restaurant that only serves seasonal ingredients. Most of the seafood comes from the Sea of Japan. I enjoy every dish, delicious and most important is price is affordable. I highly recommend everyone who likes seafood when you visit Yuzawa.
