松の内で、正月らしさを感じさせる料理、器もあり、個室でゆったりと、美味しい食事を堪能できました
天ぷらの衣はびっくりするほど薄く、まったくもたれません
堀川ごぼうの天ぷら、柔らかくて美味でした
敷居の高そうな店ですが、ウィンタースペシャルといった機会を利用してなら、気軽に楽しめると思います
We had a tempura kaiseki meal at the Kyoto Winter Special lunch menu (5,000 yen including tax)

The tempura batter is surprisingly thin and does not lean at all
Horikawa burdock tempura was soft and delicious
