☆3タンメン。スープが薄い。しかし安価な割りに野菜多く食べごたえある。
☆4餃子 安価だが、ニンニク効いていて旨い。
 Cospa is the best.

とんこつラーメンと唐揚げとビールを注文しますが、コスパいいですね〜。
この前はテイクアウト利用しました。
満足です(^^)
Occasionally I use it quickly on my way home from work.
I'm ordering tonkotsu ramen, fried chicken and beer, but cospa is good.
Last time I used takeout.

流石は日高屋さん。平日朝っぱら数名のオヤジは麦酒を飲んでいます(^_^;) コロナ騒動のお陰でアルコール摂取量増えているだろうなぁ。。。
何故か日高屋では「冷やし中華」とは言わないで「冷やし麺」。これも埼玉の拘りかな( ・∀・) これがなかなか美味しいのよ♪ 黒酢とリンゴ酢を使ったしょうゆ汁。麺はシコシコ。具材は別皿で提供。自分のペースで乗っけていけます(*^ω^) 安定感抜群の朝冷やしでした♪

Hidakaya's annual "chilled noodles" started, so I had it for breakfast. Open at 8am. It's outside the ticket gate of the Odakyu Line. Post-payment order for oral orders φ (^ Д ^)

As expected, Mr. Hidakaya. On weekdays mornings, a few dads are drinking beer (^ _ ^;) I think their corona turmoil is increasing their alcohol intake. .. ..
For some reason, at Hidakaya, "chilled noodles" are not called "chilled Chinese." This is also Saitama's instinct (・ ∀ ・) This is very delicious ♪ Soy sauce soup using black vinegar and apple vinegar. The noodles are chewy. Ingredients are provided on a separate plate. You can ride at your own pace (* ^ ω ^) It was a morning chill with a great sense of stability ♪

塩味ベースあったのであっさりかと思いきや、ガッツリでした！ニラが効いていて、ピリ辛が夏にぴったり！
味は結構濃いめです。
コロナ禍で、終日お酒が飲めないのが残念！
ビールと一緒に食べたいやつです。
Omiya Dandan noodles were delicious!
There was a salty base, so I thought it was light, but it was really good! Garlic is effective and spicy is perfect for summer!
The taste is quite strong.
It's a pity that I can't drink alcohol all day because of the corona!
This is the one I want to eat with beer.

しかし、テーブルを拭き取る雑巾の生乾きの匂いがとても臭いです。一生懸命吹いてもらっているので、言いにくいのですが、拭いた後の机の水分が蒸発して空気中に舞うので臭い。汚れが雑巾から落ちていないか、繰り返し同じ雑巾を、洗わないで使いすぎていて臭いです。
席を移ったのですが、移った先でも、また同じ臭い雑巾で拭いた後なので、匂い香りが空気中を漂い、食欲がでなくなります。
残念すぎたので、店員さんに言いました。(これから来る他の客も同じ思いになるのは避けれたと思う。)他は悪くないむしろ良いところが多いので、ぜひ改善策と日々ご留意のほど、よろしくお願いします。
そのつぎの日に来たら臭いはしなく改善されていたので、星を元に戻しました。
（2022.02.20追記）まん延防止措置期間中なので、【ラストオーダーが20時30分、閉店時間21時】と赤文字で、書いてありました。20時26分頃に入店したら、「すみません本日、ラストオーダーが終わっております。」と言われました。「あれ？ラストオーダーが20時30分までと張り紙に書いてありましたよ。（スマホ見たらまだ27分でした）」と、聞くと店員さんは、「最終入店が20時25分なんです。」とのこと、そへなら、ラストオーダーを20時25分と書いてほしいです。と言って、退店しました。少し残念でしたので、★４に変更します。
The food is delicious.
However, the scent of the dry cloth that wipes the table is very odorous. It's hard to say because I've been blown so hard, but it smells because the water on the desk after wiping evaporates and dances in the air. Dirt has not been removed from the rag, or the same rag is repeatedly used without washing and it smells.
I moved to another seat, but even after I moved, I wiped it with the same scented rag, so the scent drifts in the air and I lose my appetite.
It was too disappointing, so I told the clerk. (I think it was avoided that other customers coming from now on would have the same feelings.) Others are not bad, but rather there are many good points, so please take note of improvement measures and daily.
When I came the next day, the smell was gone and it had improved, so I restored the stars.
(Added 2022.02.20) Since it is during the spread prevention measures, it was written in red as [Last order is 20:30, closing time is 21:00]. When I entered the store around 20:26, I was told, "I'm sorry, the last order is over today." "Oh? The last order was written on the poster until 20:30. (It was still 27 minutes when I saw my smartphone)," said the clerk, "The last entry is at 20:25. If so, I would like you to write the last order as 20:25. I said that and left the store. I was a little disappointed, so I will change it to ★ 4.
