★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正直、はじめての賃貸and不動産会社利用で不安ばかりでしたが、嘘偽りなく丁寧に対応していただき最初にこのお店に頼れて良かったです。こちらの要望を丁寧に汲んでくださり、不信感が拭えました。とりあえず賃貸気になっていたら契約とかはぬきにしてふらっと寄ってみるのもありです。私はふらっと寄りました。本当にありがとうございました。

私情で今回はキャンセルをさせて頂きましたが、何もかもが丁寧でした。
そして確認すべき事は、きちんと確認をしてプロ意識を感じました。またの機会には、この女性スタッフさんに、是非対応をお願いしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前にどんな物件を探しているかお伝えした上で、本日店舗に行きましたが「繁忙期なので物件がない」の一点張りでした。しかし、午前にリロの賃貸を訪問していたときは同じ条件で5件の物件を紹介して頂きました。そのことを伝えると、その紙を見せてくれとしつこく言われました。見せる必要がないと判断したので、あしらうと態度が悪くなりました。かなり待たされた後、一件の物件のコピーを持ってきてこれしか無いですと言われました。他に訪れていた方にも、繁忙期で物件を仮決めしないとすぐに取られてしまう。今すぐに決めろと迫っていました。あまりオススメできません。店長代理の方の態度が悪すぎました、改めてください。

Even those who have visited other places will be taken immediately if they do not tentatively decide on a property during the busy season. I was urging to decide now. I can't recommend it very much. The attitude of the deputy store manager was too bad, please change it.
