★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年ぶりかに通った道で見かけたので入ってみました。餃子食堂としてリニューアルオープンとなったらしく、綺麗な店舗でして。餃子と唐揚げがメインで麺類はありません。安価でそこそこ美味しく納得できるお店です。ノンアルコールビールを含め、ドリンク類も格安なのが良いです。
 I saw it on the road I took for the first time in years, so I went in. It seems that it was reopened as a dumpling restaurant, and it was a beautiful store. Mainly dumplings and fried chicken, no noodles. It's a cheap and reasonably delicious restaurant. Drinks, including non-alcoholic beer, should be cheap.

でも、それ以上にダメなのが店員。
「空いてるお席にどうぞ」と言う割に、片付けられている席は無し。
仕方なく前の客が食べ終わった丼がそのままの席に座るも、自分が注文したラーメンが届くまでそのまま…。
平日の13時半でその状態なんだから、もう少し人入れろよ！ と、思う。
It's not good, but it can't be helped because the price is high.
But the clerk is even worse than that.

There is no choice but to sit on the bowl that the previous customer has finished eating, but until the ramen I ordered arrives ...

ラーメンがなくなり、餃子と唐揚げしかないので魅力もない。
唐揚げは値段だけの価値はなく、油っぽい。
ご飯はべちゃべちゃで固まっていた。
餃子以外はおいしくなかった。
多分二度と来ない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつの間にかラーメンや炒飯がメニューから消え、餃子唐揚げとサブでフライドポテトの店になってしまった。
タッチパネルは使いづらく、ロボットが席まで品を運ぶ時のお喋りが騒がしい。「SNSに投稿してね」とロボットに去り際に言われたので今回ここに投稿してみた。
唐揚げは至って普通、ムネ肉使用。野菜餃子は半分食べて挫折。ニラとニンニクが入ってないとの事だが中身は一体何⁈謎の味だった。焼き加減はまるで素人が自宅で焼く冷凍餃子レベル、専門店の割に何の拘りも感じられない。定食の米はべたつき、スープはラーメンの汁で僅かにネギ入り。スープあるなら麺入れて欲しい。価格は安いかもしれないが、どれも油っぽくて胃が疲れる。
これらの品はラーメンのサイドメニューとしてならイケるので、以前の幸楽苑に戻して欲しい。

以前はラーメンなど中華料理を食べられましたが、改装後餃子専門に。
ラーメンを食べに来たのにラーメンが食べられなくて帰ったお客さんがいましたが、リーズナブルで美味しい餃子が頂けます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幸楽苑さんが改装してたので訪問。2022年2月より餃子食堂に。福島と此処で今のところ全国に2店舗です。良いところもあれば悪いところも。
基本システムは餃子6個で240円、でかい唐揚げ100円、セットの定食は500円から700円。非常に安価でガッツリ食える系！コスパ最高です。そして駐車場は広くお仕事中のお昼ご飯には最適。
タッチパネル注文で色々と気楽。
今は蔓延防止で酒類出して無いですがハイボールなど330円なので餃子と酒という組み合わせも地元の人とか藤子不二雄ミュージアム見てバスで帰る人ならアリですね。
弱点はかなーり大胆にメニュー絞ったなと。
本気で餃子と唐揚げのみの店です。炒飯とか食べたかった。まぁ安さとのトレードオフか。
定食のスープが醤油ラーメンスープそのままな雰囲気でちょっと味濃いのでガテン系な雰囲気ですね。
良いところも悪いところもありますがコスパ考えると今後はアリな形態かも知れません。ご馳走様でした！
I visited Kourakuen because it was renovated. Became a dumpling restaurant from February 2022. So far, there are two stores nationwide in Fukushima and here. Some good and some bad.
The basic system is 240 yen for 6 dumplings, 100 yen for big fried chicken, and 500 to 700 yen for a set meal. Very cheap and edible! Cospa is the best. And the parking lot is large and ideal for lunch during work.
Feel free to order a touch panel.
Right now, I don't serve liquor to prevent the spread, but since it costs 330 yen for high balls, the combination of dumplings and liquor is also an ant for locals or those who return by bus after seeing the Fujiko Fujio Museum.
The weak point is that I squeezed the menu boldly.
It is a restaurant that only serves dumplings and fried chicken. I wanted to eat fried rice. Well, is it a trade-off with cheapness?
The soup of the set meal has the same atmosphere as the soy sauce ramen soup, and it has a slightly strong taste, so it has a gatten-like atmosphere.
