When I was worried about living in Kanto for the first time or moving, I received a very polite response.
Even though I made a preview reservation the day before, I searched for multiple properties that met my wishes, sent me an email, and the thoughtfulness was wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年ほど引っ越し先を探していたところ、ある物件の確認でこちらの不動産にお世話になりました。担当してくださった寺田さんから、紹介いただいた物件によって、自分の満足いく物件を見つけることができました！無理のある条件に対しても真摯にご案内いただけたのがとても印象的でした。以前もタウンハウジングさんを利用したことがありますが、毎回丁寧なご案内をされるので安心してお任せできます。このエリアでしたら、おすすめの不動産会社です。(タウンハウジングを過去に利用してると仲介手数料が割り引かれるのもお得です☺️)

I was able to find a property that I was satisfied with by the property introduced by Mr. Terada who was in charge of it! It was very impressive that I was able to guide you seriously even under unreasonable conditions. I have used Townhousing before, but I can leave it to you with confidence because I will be guided carefully every time. If you are in this area, it is a recommended real estate company. (If you used the town housing in the past, it is also advantageous to get a discount on the brokerage fee ☺️)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前こちらにマンションの内見をお願いしました。待ち合わせ時間に担当の方が来られなかったので電話したところ、「当店では皆様ご来店頂いてからのご案内となります」との返答。そんな説明は全く無かった。
それだけなら説明不足で済むが、該当の物件を別の業者さんで確認してもらった所、この時点で既に成約済みだった事が判明。タウンハウジングからは「当日に物件の状況を再確認しておきます」と言われていたが嘘だったのか？呆れるほど不誠実。
I asked you to take a look at the condominium before. The person in charge couldn't come at the meeting time, so when I called, he replied, "We will guide you after you come to our store." There was no such explanation.
That's not enough to explain, but when I asked another vendor to confirm the property, it turned out that the contract had already been concluded at this point. The town housing said, "I will reconfirm the status of the property on the day," but was it a lie? Dishonestly dishonest.
