★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お世話になった所ですが、契約時必要と言われ持参した書類を目視の確認のみで、後日別のスタッフさんから提出してくれと電話が来たり、スタッフ間の引き継ぎがきちんと出来ていない、必要な書類もスタッフによって把握出来ていない事が容易に伺える。
追加で書類を出して欲しいと連絡があり、提出済みのはずですが？と返事をしたら確認します…っきり連絡も来ない。
どんだけずさんでお粗末な所なのでしょう？
I was taken care of, but I was told that it was necessary at the time of contract, and I just visually checked the documents I brought, and at a later date another staff member called me to submit it, and the staff did not take over properly. It is easy to see that the staff has not been able to grasp the necessary documents.
I was informed that I would like additional documents to be submitted, and should I have submitted them? I will confirm it when I reply ... I haven't heard from you.
How sloppy and poor place is it?
