I had to come to first floor and bring someone who could speak english. She was really impolite, which made the first day in Tokyo bad. I would never go to this store.

Good food for the price but the food is ptetty salty. A lot of smokers on the 2nd floor and the waitress there just seems a bit sad and indifferent to you as a customer.

R	Ropl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap eats, 24 hours eatery. It's a chain that served "Chinese food" mostly. But that's mostly Japanese interpretation. It's alright for me as I wasn't seeking the most authentic Chinese here in Tokyo. For that I go back to Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. As in many Japanese eateries, a picture is worth a thousand words. I'm sure they have English menu if you ask, but I can guess fairly accurately. So not an issue. Dan Dan noodles, a spicy noodle soup is what's needed on a chilly night. There's upstairs dining as well, and I didn't smell any smoke from the smoking section.
